Cosun launched JUPITER laser engraving (exposure) machine in 2007, which solves the problem of high resolution and difficult intaglio manufacturing.

JUPITER laser Engraving machine uses 405nm high power laser, real-time autofocus technology, which is far superior to traditional gravure manufacturing processes in both plate making resolution (up to 10160dpi) and speed (up to 8min/m2). Meanwhile, it overcomes the defects such as cylinder error and insufficient engraving depth in the traditional gravure manufacturing. Jupiter has been widely used in the production of high-precision packaging gravure and anti-counterfeiting gravure since it has been put into the market, and has been well accepted by the majority of users.
